Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pudu33, an online entertainment platform operating and providing services to users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by pudu33.

By accessing or using the pudu33 platform in any way — whether through the official website, iOS app, or Android app — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use our platform.

These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and pudu33.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the pudu33 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years and above. pudu33 takes the protection of children and minors seriously, and registration by any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban issued by any relevant authority.
• You register and play using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• You do not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized methods to access or use the platform.

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at pudu33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full name as stated on your identity card or passport
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Exact date of birth
• A secure password (minimum 8 characters, combining letters and numbers)

Pudu33 conducts an Identity Verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process to ensure account security and regulatory compliance. You may be required to upload a copy of your identification card or other supporting documents during or after registration, particularly before your first withdrawal request is processed.

Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. pudu33 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit: All deposits into your pudu33 account must be made through supported payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, TnG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. Deposits are processed instantly upon payment confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed in an average of 10 minutes for regular members. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 and members must ensure that the bank account or e-wallet registered is under the same name as their pudu33 account.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the member's name.
• Pudu33 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempt or one that conflicts with company policy may be placed on hold pending the completion of an investigation.
• No processing fee is charged for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pudu33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and other specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Claimable once only by each new member. Any attempt to obtain a new bonus through additional accounts will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses received must be wagered a specified number of rounds before withdrawals are permitted. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type — please refer to the respective promotion details.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Gaming Restrictions: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific game categories. Using a bonus on an excluded game may result in any associated wins being voided.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Pudu33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. pudu33's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final.

Game Rules

All games available on the pudu33 platform must be played in accordance with the rules set out. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and verified by international independent auditing bodies, ensuring every round is fair and cannot be manipulated.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. pudu33 is not liable for losses resulting from misunderstanding how a game works.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any tools designed to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the integrity of a game, pudu33 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the original wager.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by the game provider and may vary by member category or VIP level.

Member Responsibilities

As a pudu33 member, you agree to:

• Use this platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial or professional purpose.
• Ensure that all funds deposited into your pudu33 account are legitimate and not derived from any illegal activities.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any technology that conceals your actual location while using the platform.
• Notify the pudu33 support team immediately if you notice any suspicious or unauthorised activity in your account.
• Set appropriate personal gaming limits and play within your financial means. pudu33 encourages all members to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account.
• Not sharing your account or allowing any other party to use your account for any reason.

You also agree not to post, transmit, or share any content that is obscene, offensive, threatening, misleading, or in violation of copyright through any communication channel on the pudu33 platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Pudu33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, the provision of false information, or any activity suspected of violating the law.
• Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the functionality of the platform.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Responding to directives from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months consecutive.

If your account is closed for reasons that do not breach these Terms, any valid balance in your account will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 business days.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the pudu33 customer support team. Such requests will be processed within 3 business days.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, pudu33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from the use of the platform, including gaming losses.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond pudu33's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence, such as sharing your password.
• Third-party content or links that may be accessed through the pudu33 platform.

Terms Amendment

Pudu33 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the pudu33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
